Dispute Resolution Types
How Disputes & Refunds Work Description: Understanding the dispute process and resolution options.
If you have an issue with an order, you can open a dispute. We categorize disputes into the following types to speed up resolution:
Item Not Received: The package has not arrived after the estimated delivery date.
Item Not As Described: The card condition was significantly worse than listed (e.g., you bought "Near Mint" but received "Moderately Played").
Item Damaged: The package arrived, but the item was damaged during shipping.
Wrong Item: You received a completely different card or set than what you ordered.
Resolution Outcomes: During a dispute, the following outcomes are possible:
Full Refund: You return the item (if applicable) and get all your money back.
Partial Refund: You keep the item but get a percentage of the money back (common for minor condition disagreements).
Replacement: The seller sends a correct replacement copy.
No Refund: The dispute is closed in the seller's favor (e.g., if tracking confirms delivery for an "Item Not Received" claim).
