Contacting TCG Mark Support

If you have a question, run into a problem, or need help with your account, TCG Mark offers several ways to get the support you need.

The Help Center is the fastest way to find answers. You can browse help articles, search for specific topics, submit feedback, and request support — all in one place.

To access the Help Center:

  1. Go to tcgmark.com/help.
  2. Browse or search for articles related to your question.
  3. If you cannot find an answer, submit a support request directly from the Help Center.

If you are signed in, TCG Mark automatically identifies you so you do not need to enter your email or account details when submitting a request.

Contacting support by email

You can also reach TCG Mark by email. Use the address that best matches your question:

  • support@tcgmark.com — General support, trade issues, order problems, and account help
  • privacy@tcgmark.com — Privacy-related inquiries and data requests
  • legal@tcgmark.com — Legal questions about the Terms of Service

Resolving order issues

If you have a problem with an order, use the in-app resolution system before contacting support. You must be signed in and have an existing order to use this feature.

  1. Go to your Orders page and open the order with the issue.
  2. Submit a refund or return request from the order detail page.
  3. Wait for the seller to respond — sellers have 72 hours for refund requests and 5 days for return requests. If they do not respond in time, your request automatically escalates to a dispute.
  4. Open a dispute if the seller denies your request or you cannot reach a resolution.
  5. Wait for the TCG Mark platform team to review the case if the dispute moves to Under Review status. The team will make a final decision.

Using this system keeps everything documented in one place and is the fastest path to a resolution.

Messaging a buyer or seller directly

TCG Mark has built-in messaging so you can communicate with other users about orders or listings without leaving the app.

  • Buyers can contact a seller by tapping Contact Seller on any listing page.
  • Sellers can message a buyer by tapping Contact Buyer from the order detail page in the Seller Dashboard.

Direct messaging is a good first step for simple questions like shipping updates or item details before opening a formal request.

Seller support

If you are a seller, you can access the Support tab in your Seller Dashboard for seller-specific help and resources.

Submitting feedback and feature requests

You can suggest improvements to TCG Mark through the Help Center. Visit tcgmark.com/help to submit feedback and feature requests.

Response times

TCG Mark aims to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on volume, but submitting your request through the Help Center or email ensures it is tracked and addressed.
